“Regimental Chaplain.”
“Preacher?”
“Comrade Lucas.”
“Oh.”
“Oh?”
“Just-oh … what?”
“Just a mention of the preacher and you get a little oh-ee.”
“Comrade Reb?”
“Yeah.”
“Let’s step toward the grass.”
“Changing subjects?”
“No.”
