Part 12 of 13
“Ignoring We the People got popular again, ‘eh Johnny?”
“It did.”
“Feels like disbelief.”
“How so Yank?”
“Disbelief is an action.”
“True.”
“So it’s a doing.”
“It is.”
“And in doing disbelief, one gives the lie to the truth.”
“So the thirty Thousand becomes the lie (the not true) when in fact it is the true, the constitutional definition of We the People.”
“Correct.”
“That’s absurd Yank.”
“How’d it get that way Johnny?”
“Dialectically speaking, disbelief is as strong as belief.”
“Disbelief numbs.”
“Some say comfortably.”
“Belief prompts.”
“Perhaps also comfortably."
"I hear that."
“Looks like it's time.”
“Time to go.”
“Tomorrow’s Constitution Day Gus.”
“Auspicious.”
*Next Up: The Union 2016 summer series finale on Constitution Day, Saturday 17 September, Gus Kotka and Johnny Reb On Our Way Must Go On.
